Pastor Jean Gary Nicolas was born in Haiti on May 7, 1966. He received his Christian Education at the Evangelistic World Outreach in Port-au-Prince Haiti. As Pastor Nicolas was growing up, his mother has always encouraged him to go to church. So he got saved and baptized when he was eight years old. While he was attending his home church, Extension Evangelic Mondiale/Evangelistic World Outreach, he became acquainted with an Evangelist Yves Nicolas who instilled in him a passion for ministry.
So at 12 years old, Rev Nicolas started to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ where ever he went in the continent of Haiti. In June 1986, Rev Nicolas came to the United States and resided in Miami, Florida for a while and shortly there after he moved to Salisbury where he met his lovely wife Maud Estime Nicolas whom he married in July 30, 1994. Of that union there were born three children, Caleb Nicolas 19 years old, Joshua Nicolas 16 years old, and Kasiland Nicolas 14 years old.
In 1995, Rev Nicolas attended Delmarva Evangelistic Seminary in Salisbury, Maryland where he graduated with an Associate Degree in Theology 07/18/1997. In December 1995, Rev Nicolas received his ministerial ordination at the Word of Life Center which was then located in Fruitland Maryland where he became the associate pastor the church and served under the leadership of Rev Roosevelt Toussaint. Then in July of 1998, Rev Nicolas was promoted to the position of local pastor of the Church where he is being served as next to Rev Roosevelt Toussaint the founding pastor.
